At Lebanon Stocks, we act as a third-party platform connecting buyers with independent suppliers. We do not own, manufacture, or directly sell products listed on our platform. Because of this, all returns and refunds are handled directly between the buyer and the supplier, with Lebanon Stocks acting only as a facilitator when needed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• • The product was incorrectly shipped (wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.).
• • The supplier’s stated return window (e.g., 7 days from delivery) has not expired.
• • Products that are used, damaged by the buyer, or outside the return period may not qualify.

2. How Returns Work

1. Customer Request: The buyer submits a return request through Lebanon Stocks (via their account or customer support).
2. Supplier Review: The supplier reviews the request and decides whether the return is approved according to their policies.
3. Return Shipping: If approved, the buyer may need to ship the product back to the supplier at their expense, unless the supplier agrees otherwise.
4. Refund / Replacement: Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item, they may issue a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed by the supplier directly, not by Lebanon Stocks.

3. Lebanon Stocks’ Role

• • We facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers.
• • We may step in to mediate disputes if a supplier refuses to respond to a valid request.
• • We do not guarantee refunds or replacements since we are not the direct seller.

4. Limitations

• • Lebanon Stocks is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or refunds.
• • Each supplier sets their own return and refund terms, which buyers should review before purchasing.
• • In case of disputes, Lebanon Stocks will do its best to mediate but cannot force refunds.
