• We work exclusively with verified suppliers in Lebanon after meeting them and inspecting their products, quantities, and details.
• Buyers cannot post products. Only suppliers approved by our team are eligible to be listed.

2. Supplier Verification & No Public Registration

• To protect buyers and maintain fairness, LebanonStocks does not allow open supplier registration.
• Only suppliers vetted and approved by LebanonStocks are published on the platform.
• This ensures that listed products are genuine, available, and sourced from trusted wholesale suppliers.

3. Orders & Delivery

• LebanonStocks facilitates orders and delivery between suppliers and buyers.
• When an order is placed, LebanonStocks coordinates with the supplier to ensure smooth processing.
• Delivery is handled under LebanonStocks’ supervision to guarantee a reliable connection.
• Responsibility for product quality, accuracy, and compliance remains with the supplier.

4. Marketplace Use

• Buyers must use LebanonStocks responsibly and only for legitimate wholesale purposes.
• Suppliers must comply with Lebanese law and international trade regulations.
• Prohibited listings include counterfeit goods, illegal products, and restricted items.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, product details, images, trademarks, and logos on LebanonStocks are the property of LebanonStocks or their respective owners.
• No user may copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LebanonStocks serves as a facilitator of wholesale trade. While we verify suppliers and oversee transactions, we are not responsible for:

• Product defects, damages, or inaccuracies in supplier-provided information.
• Delays or failures in delivery caused by third parties or external factors.
• Financial losses or disputes between buyers and suppliers beyond our facilitation role.
